Contracted by Capco management consulting company and assigned to HSBC, I was placed within a team consisting of a copy writer, marketer, 2x designers, Jr and senior consultants and project manager. Work consisted of designs for print and digital internal comms using Mac and PC from, emails, banners, PPT presentations, office vinyl wall art, flow chart posters, iconography, newsletters, plus website assets. Designs would be checked and proofed on both Mac and our company PC’s to insure consistency was met before final output. Briefs where sent over via email by various departments and from team members to our project manager that would then be sent over to design, in which we would have a regular meeting to discuss implementation amongst ourselves and with briefer. Our process of work was a mixture of collaborative and solo whilst using collaborative tool Slack to insure the team knew what projects where being worked on, from draft stages, deadlines and upcoming work.
