Contracted out to design a variety of marketing material within Ladbrokes HQ, I was tasked with designing a variety of marketing material and dealing with a number of departments and their varying campaign briefs. Designing for campaigns that needed to be rolled out across shop front signage, betting machine points, packaging, in store pop banners, flyers, and office boards. Work flow consisted of using their time management system, and their shared image bank for designing, if their image bank did not have anything appropriate to the brief then one of the stock image accounts they use, or design elements from scratch dependent on timeframe. Campaigns given would have a theme in which I was giving fair amount of creative freedom come up with ideas, all designs would go through head of design for direction and feedback until sign-off and final output.
